Founder & Fractional COO

Dom is a strategic visionary dedicated to transforming organizational chaos into efficient, scalable flows. With over 15 years of expertise in Pharmacy Operations and Patient Support Services, she specializes in driving operational excellence and customer success.

In previous roles, she spearheaded the integration of Non-Dispensing Pharmacy Operations into the Patient Support HUB model and launched a high-quality offshore division, leading teams of over 200 members. Her extensive background includes a decade of pharmacy launches, contracting, and accreditation, ranging from infusion and compounding to non-dispensing sectors.

Dom has a unique knack for navigating complex challenges and translating them into streamlined workflows.
